What we collect

When you fill in the Book your pilot form, we collect your name, email, phone number, business name, business size and type, farm size (if given), country, city and region, your needs and your message.

We do not collect payment details on this website.

Why we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, plan a pilot with you and prepare a quote. Our legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in answering requests you send us.

Who can see it

Only the Nerobot team can read form entries. Your information is stored securely with our hosting provider. We never sell your data or share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your information, or withdraw your consent, at any time by writing to Nnamdi@codextreme.com. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
